If you are buying a Sigenergy SigenStor battery, the installer shapes the result. A good local team should explain where the equipment will go, how it will work with your existing solar, what your backup circuits will be, and who will answer the phone after commissioning. The businesses below are Sigenergy-certified installer options selected for their local service and Sigenergy experience. You can check current certification directly with Sigenergy's installer finder.

The list is organised by state and territory, not by price or a national score. Ask any business that interests you for a design and written quote for your address. Our guides to comparing solar and battery quotes and questions to ask an installer can help you make that first call useful.

New South Wales

Sunbridge Energy

Sunbridge Energy's Sydney team offers solar and battery design, installation and commissioning across Sydney and parts of NSW. Sunbridge describes its team as Sigenergy certified, and a SolarQuotes customer account describes a NSW Sigenergy installation. Ask the Sydney branch whether its own crew covers your postcode and who will handle the network and rebate paperwork.

Sunbridge is worth contacting if you want a local team to assess an existing solar setup before pricing a SigenStor system. Its published process includes a site check, a tailored design and a handover. In the quote, look for the battery and inverter model numbers, any switchboard work and a named contact for faults after installation.

Smart Energy Answers

Smart Energy Answers has a documented Sigenergy track record in NSW. Sigenergy named it as an Australian Gold Award recipient, and the company has published a Turramurra installation using a Sigenergy battery and three-phase controller.

The case study is useful because it shows the sort of system the team has delivered, rather than just a product logo on a sales page. Contact the company if you want to discuss a more involved solar and battery design, and ask whether its installation and service teams cover your suburb.

Queensland, including Brisbane and the Gold Coast

Sunbridge Energy

Sunbridge has separate Brisbane and Gold Coast service pages. The Gold Coast page covers local suburbs and describes checks for coastal exposure, switchboard condition and network requirements. That makes it a practical first call in either market, especially if you already have rooftop solar and need the battery design to account for it.

Ask which crew would visit your address, where the SigenStor would be placed and whether the quote includes network approval, meter work and any corrosion protection needed for a coastal site. If you live near the NSW border, have the installer identify the network and state rules for your actual address.

Springers Solar

Springers Solar describes its Greater Brisbane Sigenergy installations and says its in-house electricians have completed product training. Sigenergy also named Springer Solar in its Australian Gold Award announcement. The company's published Sigenergy page explains its installation process and states a ten-year workmanship warranty for this battery work.

Springers is a good Brisbane option if you want to speak with a team that publicly explains both the product and the work it does around it. Ask for the written warranty terms and whether its own installers cover your postcode. Its published page establishes Greater Brisbane service, so check separately if you are on the Gold Coast.

Australian Capital Territory: Solar4Life

Mitchell-based Solar4Life sells and installs SigenStor packages in Canberra. Sigenergy included Solar4Life among the Silver Award recipients in its Australian installer announcement. A local base and published Sigenergy packages make it a useful ACT contact.

Ask for a quote that separates the energy controller, battery modules, gateway and any backup-circuit work. The most useful conversation is about what will actually stay powered in an outage, how Evoenergy connection steps will be handled and who will come back if the system needs attention.

South Australia: Bright Earth Solar

Adelaide business Bright Earth Solar has an in-house, SAA-accredited installation team and installs Sigenergy batteries. Its battery service page sets out the steps from sizing through commissioning and handover. Bright Earth is a Sigenergy Gold Installer.

Bright Earth is worth calling if you prefer a local team that says it handles the job from quote to after-sales support. Ask for the named crew, a site-specific battery size and a breakdown of any SA network or switchboard costs. Its Adelaide base may be particularly useful if you want a nearby contact after installation.

Western Australia: PSW Energy / Perth Solar Warehouse

Perth Solar Warehouse publishes SigenStor product and installation information for WA customers. Sigenergy named PSW Energy in its Australian Silver Award list, while PSW's newer material describes a Gold status.

PSW is a useful Perth contact for its local operation and visible Sigenergy history. Have it explain the network connection and export settings for your address, the equipment included in the price and who handles service and warranty visits in WA.

Tasmania: REST Energy

REST Energy is a Tasmanian solar and battery business with a published Sigenergy installation example. That local project is a better starting point than a generic national product page when you want to talk about Tasmanian supply, installation and follow-up service. Its website states that it works across Tasmania.

Ask REST who would commission your battery, what TasNetworks application applies and which circuits could run during an outage. It is also worth checking the travel and call-out arrangements if your home is outside the main urban areas.

Northern Territory: Darwin Solar Shop

Darwin Solar Shop offers Sigenergy systems around Darwin and Palmerston. Its SolarQuotes profile includes a 2026 customer account naming Sigenergy equipment and describes the business as a Gold Certified Sigenergy installer.

Darwin Solar Shop is a sensible local contact if you want someone nearby to discuss battery placement, heat, ventilation and service after installation. Ask which crew would attend your property, what outdoor location the manufacturer permits and how warranty call-outs work in your area.

Before you choose

The businesses above give you useful starting points, but the best fit depends on your home and the team available near you. The Australian Government Solar Consumer Guide explains the different roles of the retailer and the accredited person who installs the system. Ask who will attend your installation and get that person's Solar Accreditation Australia details.

A useful written quote states usable battery capacity, model numbers, existing-solar compatibility, backup equipment and circuits, switchboard work, network approval, warranties, exclusions and payment stages. If the price assumes a battery discount, ask the seller to show how it was calculated. Read our battery backup guide before deciding which circuits matter to you, and keep our installation handover checklist for installation day. The ACCC's solar and home battery guidance explains your consumer-guarantee rights alongside manufacturer and workmanship warranties.
