Common questions

Which states have a battery rebate in 2026?

Every state gets the federal Cheaper Home Batteries discount. NSW, WA, ACT add their own help on top. The others rely on the federal discount alone.

Can I combine the federal discount with a state incentive?

Where a state program is open, yes, they are designed to stack. Each has its own conditions, and several state incentives require you to join a virtual power plant.
