Our read of the datasheet
The Home Hub is SolarEdge's single-phase hybrid inverter; this is the 5 kVA model, with 3, 6, 8.25 and 10 kVA versions on the same datasheet. It accepts up to 15 kW of DC PV power, 300% of the AC rating, the highest ratio among the string and hybrid inverters in this guide.
The datasheet describes a single-string design with built-in panel-level monitoring and SafeDC rather than listing MPPT inputs, so the MPPT count does not apply in the usual way. Ask the installer which SolarEdge panel-level hardware is included in the quote.
Batteries are limited to SolarEdge Home Battery, up to three per inverter. Full home backup is an optional upgrade rated at 4.5 kW in backup operation, and the inverter needs grid power for commissioning. The datasheet lists 99.2% maximum efficiency, a weight under 15 kg and a warranty of 12 to 25 years, so confirm which term applies to your install.
